Terms of use
Last updated 11 September 2026. StageMix is operated by Techvora.
1. What StageMix is
StageMix is browser-based audio playback and show-control software operated by Techvora. You use it to build cue lists and to play audio that you supply from the device you are working on.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it. Accounts are personal; do not share one.
3. Your content and your audio
Your shows and your audio remain yours. StageMix does not upload your audio, and Techvora claims no rights over it. You are responsible for holding the rights or licences you need for the music and recordings you play in a performance — StageMix does not grant any.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use StageMix to break the law, to infringe someone else’s rights, or to attack the service or the people using it. Do not attempt to reach another account’s data or to interfere with the service’s operation.
5. Availability
StageMix is designed so that a loaded show keeps running without the service. The service itself — sign-in, cloud backup, administration — is provided as it stands and may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. No uptime is guaranteed.
6. Plans and billing
StageMix currently offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. No payment is taken through StageMix at present. Where a plan limit applies, it applies while you are editing or synchronising a show. A plan limit will never interrupt a show that is loaded or running.
7. Back-ups are your responsibility too
StageMix saves your work locally as you go and, when you leave cloud backup on, keeps a copy of the cue list. Browser storage can still be cleared by the browser, by a system cleanup tool or by you. For anything that matters, export a .stagemix package and keep it somewhere of your own.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Techvora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of StageMix, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Ending your use
You may stop using StageMix and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. Shows held only in your browser are unaffected by an account ending — they are on your machine.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will say so in the application before it takes effect.
11. Contact
A support address has not been configured for this deployment yet. Use the contact form, which reaches the StageMix administrator.
